Electrical QA

Results of electrical tests for each tape are stored in our local DB  and can be accessed by clicking on the tape number in the lists of tapes below. The data are also stored in the SCT data-base under TESTs (only raw data).

Production

           Tapes produced: 190,  Electrically tested: 178 (93%), Electrically OK: 172 (91%),  Alignment OK: 164 (86%), Visually OK: 161 (85%) 

  2.   480 tapes sent to Taiwan on  11th of July  2005 List of tapes,  QA plots.

          Yield calculation:

           Tapes produced: 600,  Optical Inspection OK: 518 (86%), Electrically OK: 505 (84%),   Visually OK: 480 (80%)

           Tapes produced: 460,  Optical Inspection OK and Viusal OK: 385 (84%), Electrically OK: 384 (83%).

           Tapes produced: 440,  Optical Inspection OK and Viusal OK: 411 (93%), Electrically OK: 405 (92%).

           Tapes produced: 440,  Optical Inspection OK, Viusal OK and Electrically OK: 399 (91%). 

7. 683 tapes sent to Taiwan on 3rd of  October 2005 List of tapes,  QA plots.

          Yield calculation:

           Tapes produced: 740,  Optical Inspection OK, Viusal OK and Electrically OK: 683 (92%).

    Please note that forward tapes: a) have 8 traces on both layers, b) HV line is wider (0.75 mm) than other thin lines (0.5 mm)
