The answers to your comments (http://www-f9.ijs.si/~krizan/herab/open_charm/paper/mike-1-q.pdf) to the first version are late - I missed the attachment in your email.

I have applied all of your corrections except:
- page 5: comment about the charge conjugated modes: thanks to Alan, there is now a separate sentence on p 2.
- page 6 (see the pdf above): I did not chage 'is' to 'was' because there is already some mix of present and past tense in that particular paragraph, and I am not sure how to resolve it. I have already integrated some comments by Alan there, so please have a look at the present version.
- page 13: We made this distinction because for measurements where we consider the average of all channels (e.g., A-dependency), we have to separate the statistically independent samples. This is discussed in section 5.5.

And an answer: page 12: yes, other parameters were fixed as in [1]. I thought this is clear. If not, we have to stress it.

The most recent version posted on the web is corrected according to your sugestions.
