An Oslo type hybrid with 6 ABCD2T chips as irradiated in the reactor in Ljubljana to a total fluence of 2*10¹⁴  n/cm²   in four steps of 5*10¹³  n/cm².

Scans were performed with edge detect and edge data compression with pulses of 1.5, 2 and 2.5 fC and at different preamplifier and shaper bias currents.
