A hybrid with 6 ABC-CAFEp chip pairs was irradiated with neutrons in the reactor in Ljubljana. Four irradation steps of 5*10¹³ n/cm² were done to a total fluence of 2*10¹⁴ n/cm² .

After each irradiation step chip performance was tested. Scans were done with edge detect, and edge data compression, with 6 pulses from 0.5 to 3fC at 3 dofferent preamp bias currents. Second order polinomial was fit into the response measurement to obtain the gain and noise numbers.
