Measurements:
m1: HV scan form 0 to 1000V in steps of 200V. BWL on scope set to 200MHz.
m2: HV scan form 1000V to 0V in steps of -200V. No BWL set on scope.
m3: HV scan form 0V to -1000V in steps of -200V. BWL on scope set to 200MHz.
m4: HV scan form -1000V to 0V in steps of 200V. No BWL set on scope.
r[X]: [X]-th repetition of the measurement
[X]V: measuremnt at [X] volts.
MPV, Noise, SNR and I in the table are stated at +/-1000V.
